Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Returns Policy
We want you to love your order! If you receive the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. As each item is handmade, slight imperfections in the plaster are normal and not considered faults.

Can I make a custom order?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. If you’re looking for a specific theme, character, or personalised plaster craft kit, we’d be happy to help where possible.

Simply get in touch with us and let us know what you have in mind. We’ll discuss your ideas, confirm availability, and provide custom pricing based on your request. As custom orders may require sourcing new moulds or materials, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to allow enough time for production.

Product Saftey?

Product Safety

At Mini Muse & Moulds, your child’s safety is important to us. Our craft kits are made using non-toxic, acid-free, washable acrylic paints, suitable for little hands. Plaster figures may break if dropped, due to the risk of choking they are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. We recommend adult supervision during use to ensure a safe and enjoyable creative experience.
Ingredient Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available upon request.
